WAMS does not guarantee the number of messages that can be sent
Sending capacity varies depending on your WhatsApp account behavior, trust level, and platform policies
Some accounts may send 50, 100, 150, or more messages, while others may be limited

If you exceed your account's natural or tolerated limits:

Your account may be temporarily restricted
Additional verification may be required
Features may be limited
Your account may be permanently banned

These outcomes are determined solely by WhatsApp and are outside WAMS's control.

7. Legal Compliance

Users are fully responsible for complying with applicable laws, including:

Local data protection laws
Anti-spam regulations

You must ensure that you have a legal basis (e.g., consent) before contacting recipients.
